Job Title: SAP Education Sales Support Intern

At SAP, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Education Sales Support team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Training and Adoption Sales team on daily sales tasks, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Run reports and KPIs to monitor program results, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform follow-up activities with customers in coordination with the sales team, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Onboard and support customers on Training and Adoption Cloud products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Translate training content from English and Spanish to Portuguese, enhancing our global reach and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate customer-facing and virtual events, maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Support global Training and Adoption Demand Generation and Communication Programs, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SAP Training and Adoption course and course participant databases, as well as reporting systems, to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the Global and Regional Training and Adoption team to execute campaigns, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage the translation process for marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Interact with the regional team within Demand Generation, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
  • Optimize the use of customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Studying Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) is required.
  • Enthusiasm to learn the SAP Training and Adoption portfolio, industry characteristics, business models, and more.
  • Problem-solving profile with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish as a plus.
  • Good level of Portuguese writing skills.
  • Basic concepts of Finance.
  • Experience extracting and administering large databases is a plus.
  • Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven and result-focused, with the ability to work with low direct supervision.
