About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Services Sales team as an Intern. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute proactive demand generation initiatives to net new contacts and follow-up incoming leads, nurture and convert them to high-quality business opportunities
  • Drive and nurture customer interest, convert it into an opportunity, and once qualified, pass it over to the sales representative to drive to closure
  • Organize joint sales campaigns with sales executives and partners, further develop the campaign concept, increase efficiency by improved customer selection based on the latest market data
  • Develop industry and/or product expertise
  • Support the commercial process to support services opportunity progress and closing
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to network within a client's organization and access decision-makers
  • Energetic and goal-oriented with the ability to create empathy, listen to customer needs, and manage different services opportunities at the same time
  • Critical business judgment and time management
  • Good IT/ preferably business software knowledge and understanding of SAP solutions
  • Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Advanced English skills, and desired Spanish knowledge
  • Clear interest to follow a sales career when graduating from College/University
