
Senior Omnichannel Strategy Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our omnichannel business forward. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing customer engagement plans that create seamless experiences across multiple touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop Omnichannel journeys with brand teams
- Leverage data insights to inform campaign development and execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best-in-class capabilities and standards
- Drive Business change management for the adoption of innovative practices
- Omnichannel excellence and operational efficiency
- Standardized best-in-class capabilities with global support
- Clear ways of working and interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support
This role is accountable for defining Omnichannel strategy based on portfolio mix and GTM archetyping, localization of global campaign design, and standardization of tactical omnichannel planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for driving business results through innovative strategies and solutions.
