Job Title: Senior Sales Strategy Manager

A strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and expansion is required to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Strategy Manager. As a key member of our sales strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and tactics.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales performance and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales strategy, marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and results to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with sales analytics tools and technologies, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, preferred.
