Strategic HR Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to partner with our departments and drive strategic initiatives in LATAM.

  • This role will serve as the go-to person for both strategic advice and operational needs for our team members.
  • The ideal candidate will bring our human capital strategy to life by providing counsel and guidance on team member matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with designated departments to support the full team member lifecycle, from hiring to development to offboarding.
  2. Lead investigations and resolution processes for tier 1 team member relations, ensuring fair and productive outcomes in compliance with employment law.
  3. Drive performance management by coaching leaders on feedback practices and accountability measures.
  4. Support job design and organizational planning to help leaders clarify roles and build effective teams.
  5. Analyze data and KPIs to guide decision-making and recommend improvements.
  6. Champion company culture through team member engagement initiatives, events, recognition efforts, and inclusive workplace programs.
  7. Coach leaders through change management efforts, such as restructures or system implementations.
  8. Serve as a project lead or contributor on enterprise initiatives, including policy development or organizational assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR-related experience.
  • At least one year of supervisory/management experience.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
