Role Overview

  • This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing operational activities and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line Management: Oversight of 7-10 FTE supervisors to ensure effective team performance and goal attainment.
  • Contribute to departmental strategy, focusing on Americas Travel & Lifestyle growth initiatives, efficiency improvements, member satisfaction, and profitability enhancement.
  • Drive wider strategic operational goals for the office and region, influencing bi-annual business and regional reviews.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Owning NPS results and feedback improvements by identifying daily/weekly/monthly key trends from NPS analysis and implementing QA measures to enhance areas for improvement.
  • Implementing training and coaching plans in collaboration with the Training & Development team to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Managing monthly appraisals and performance management to ensure teams hit agreed targets and deadlines.
  • Ensuring workforce management best practices are in place to provide Team Managers with sufficient rota/staffing coverage through engagement with the Americas Lead Planner.
