Key Responsibilities-
  • Establish strategic partnerships with Engineering functions using your HR expertise, energy, and business acumen.
  • Drive talent strategy and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Partner with senior managers across the business on performance management, organisational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues.
  • Deliver precise, compliant, HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support manager development.
  • Collaborate on business-critical HR-related projects globally.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified & HR certified.
  • Experience in multicultural environments, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Proven track record of international HR partnership at a senior level.
  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivation, organisation, confidence, and results-orientation.
  • Clear focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).
