Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive customer engagement and business development for Biologics and Microbiology across key LATAM markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer and stakeholder engagement, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 30 strategic accounts in the Biologics segment.
  • Identify and expand opportunities with both established and emerging biopharmaceutical companies, reinforcing presence and value proposition in the region.
  • Collaborate with Scientific Affairs and External Affairs to align on customer needs, market trends, and advocacy opportunities.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow USP RS Bios sales and to expand relationships with target audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, or chemistry.
  • Sales and account management experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biopharma Lab Services industries.
  • Strong account and project management skills required.
  • Flexibility to travel to other countries, such as Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of pharma industries with established contacts within the research, lab management, and product development departments.
  • Scientific background and understanding coupled with successful sales track record are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in an analytical laboratory desired.
  • Experience delivering oral presentations to groups of people desired.
