Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong sense of independence and a comprehensive understanding of business and finance. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with various internal stakeholders. If you excel in process optimization, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the revenue cycle by analyzing and reporting on forecasts, actual results, and strategic plans;
  • Evaluate and interpret operational and renewal metrics, providing insightful variance analysis and actionable recommendations for informed decision-making;
  • Utilize transactional and other data to uncover trends within the organization and offer guidance to leadership;
  • Engage in regional initiatives aimed at process enhancement;
  • Exhibit thought leadership in marketing, sales, and customer success data processes and operations;
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and partners throughout the organization;
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed;

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing Operations;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and technologies;
  • Background in agile work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology companies or startups;
  • Strong SQL proficiency;
  • Residing in a vibrant city.
