We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Construction Project Lead to spearhead our high-voltage electrical projects. As a respected electrical contractor, we prioritize the safety and success of our teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise multiple electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with customers, owners, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee manpower, equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring efficient use and adherence to project schedules.
- Lay out work, apply knowledge of electrical materials and tools, and demonstrate expertise in 138kV, 69kV, and 15kV installations.
- Travel to projects outside the local area as needed, maintaining professional relationships with company staff, customers, and subcontractors.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role with demonstrated project leadership and management abilities.
- A High School Diploma or GED, Journeyperson certificate or equivalent work experience, and valid Driver's License.
- OSHA 30 certification, aerial and forklift certification, and valid first aid/CPR certification.
- Strong communication, leadership, and supervision skills, as well as proficiency with computer tools and job-specific software.
- The ability to work outdoors, comply with NFPA70e/OSHA requirements, and maintain personal tools.
