Job Description

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the planning and execution of Salesforce-related projects. Your expertise in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects will be crucial to our organization's success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project goals, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, plans, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA specialists, to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage daily project activities, monitor progress, and address risks or challenges as they arise.
  • Coordinate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
  • Ensure project compliance with internal policies, data protection requirements, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and provide updates to stakeholders on progress.
  • Lead change management efforts and deliver training to facilitate the adoption of new Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuously refine project management processes and tools for improved efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience managing Salesforce projects with a proven record of success.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, or Coordinator, demonstrating strong team management skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members.
  • Participation in a minimum of five full-cycle Salesforce projects or experience launching key product capabilities to market.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP.
  • Hands-on experience with core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or APIs for efficient system connectivity.
  • Understanding of data migration practices and change management strategies.
