As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding and owning the capabilities of payment gateways and services. This involves capturing and managing requirements/intake of existing and new feature requests for payment services, defining requirements for requested features, and working with Engineering to understand capacity and timeframe to deliver features & requirements.

You will build a roadmap, timelines, and deliverables, as well as build the product offer in terms of features, characteristics, and advantages. For global products, you may need to enter intake requirements (tokenization, GBX payment service both instore & online). Additionally, you will align with other product managers to ensure end-to-end solutions (SCA, Fipay, VHQ, Tokenization, ecommerce, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and own payment gateway and service capabilities
  • Capture and manage requirements/intake of existing and new feature requests
  • Define requirements for requested features
  • Work with Engineering to understand capacity and timeframe to deliver features & requirements
  • Build roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
  • Build product offers in terms of features, characteristics, and advantages
  • Align with other product managers for end-to-end solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills. You should also be curious and empathetic about payments and merchant challenges for how they engage with customers. Ability to manage ambiguity is also essential.
