As a seasoned payments expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Adyen's integration strategy with various payment schemes and partners. This includes ensuring seamless transactions across diverse networks like Visa and Mastercard.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical complexities and be able to drive strategic collaborations to improve payment performance at scale. You will excel at translating business objectives into actionable requirements, leading high-impact conversations with partners, and delivering exceptional payment experiences to merchants worldwide.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Payment Methods partners, including global networks and local payment methods.
  • You will lead end-to-end conversion improvements by leveraging partners' system capabilities and driving innovation through data-driven insights.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert for card acquiring rails, with an in-depth understanding of how specifications impact merchant processing.
  • You will identify opportunities to develop tools and processes that support efficient operations, enabling scalable and secure payment solutions.
