Proposal Content Developer

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality proposal content, ensuring that our organization's bid documents accurately reflect our capabilities and services.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to gather information and create compelling content that showcases our expertise.
Key responsibilities include researching and writing proposal-grade language, conducting interviews with subject matter experts, reviewing products and services, and creating strategies for convincing others to take action.
In addition, this role will involve prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, editing and revising proposals based on feedback, and maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following established guidelines.
A key aspect of this position is working with various stakeholders to ensure that bidding requirements are met and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate a smooth solicitation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal management, with samples provided
- Ideal candidate holds Foundation Level APMP Certification
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills and expert fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
