  • P&L ownership: responsible for the profitability of our business in Brazil
  • Develop a highly proactive, competent, & engaged distribution channel for our retrofit strategy
  • Lead the Sales team in helping dealers see the value of our products and get them excited about scouting farmers' fields
  • Identify & develop new strategic business partners to accelerate our go-to market strategy

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree and industry experience
  • Advanced or fluent English language skills
  • Broad business knowledge and people leadership skills to coach and sustain a high-performing team
  • Ability to balance internal and external relationship management
