- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans to drive growth and revenue
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at C-level
- Cultivate new accounts and expand existing ones through targeted outreach and engagement
- Leverage CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage opportunities and track progress
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or direct selling
- English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency beneficial
- Fearless and resilient approach to cold calling and building relationships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
