About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or direct selling
  • English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency beneficial
  • Fearless and resilient approach to cold calling and building relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
