
New Business Development Manager

The role of the New Business Development Manager is crucial in driving growth and expansion within the organization.
This position involves developing and implementing strategies aligned with marketing and commercial objectives, supporting the growth of two workstreams in Brazil by identifying best practices and solutions from other regions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills to find innovative ways to improve business outcomes.
- Manage launch platforms with Marketing and Commercial, balancing DME and P&L requirements
- Co-lead with Regional Managers on bottler pricing strategy
- Develop and track annual business plans for each region, including volume, distribution, and performance objectives
- Negotiate project goals with bottlers and develop written plans
- Accountable for sales function priorities, including planning, budgets, and review
- Visit and build relationships with key customers
- Meet and exceed volume, operating profit, and market share objectives for the Territory
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and expenses effectively
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
