
Customer Service Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, managing a team of 20-30 customer service agents, team leaders, and account managers from Indonesia (or neighboring countries). You will be coordinating with employees from various countries and clients located all over the world.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Successfully manage a team of 25+ people, preferably in the customer service industry
- Lead a complex team containing various roles, fostering collaboration and growth
- Utilize your experience in managing B2B environments to drive results
- Work autonomously, taking initiative and forming effective plans and roadmaps
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, communicating clearly and professionally
- Possess good communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Fluently speak Spanish and English
