Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a pleasant experience at our shopping malls. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk/Booth, ensuring that all customer service-related activities are carried out in accordance with our policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of mall amenities, facilities, stores, and locations, as well as ongoing and upcoming promotional activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk/Booth under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager Customer Service.
  • Display a high level of personal grooming and perform duties in official attire to promote the mall's image.
  • Assist visitors/customers by providing clear directions, information on mall events, and answering queries.
  • Perform 'meet and greet' duties for tour groups and educational institutions, and assist them during mall tours when required.
  • Handle retail-related complaints from tenants and inform relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Ensure the assigned shopping centre always 'looks its best' in terms of cleanliness and report any problems or concerns to the Supervisor/Manager Customer Service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, government, and community groups to enhance the MAFP's image.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the Customer Service field
  • Shopping Malls experience is a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills, flexible, details-oriented, customer-centric mindset, and good problem-solving skills
