Job Title: Commercial Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Representative to join our team at Adilstone Group. As a Commercial Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
