Job Overview

This full-time contract position is designed to provide support to customers across multiple channels, requiring proficiency in French (B2/C1) and English (B2-C1). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues according to internal guidelines
  • Escalate tickets to mentors and team leaders when necessary
  • Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in French and English languages (B2-C1 level)
  • Promising multitasking abilities to keep up with the dynamic pace of our workplace
  • Strong computer skills to maintain up-to-date technology and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000-$60,000, depending on location and experience.
