
Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for building deep relationships with clients by developing client-focused processes and solutions. You will promote high user adoption by implementing product-based workflows and ensure smooth user onboarding by providing necessary training.
Your Key Responsibilities:- You will partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide tailored solutions using FactSet products.
- You will provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
- You will plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
You will work closely with multiple clients, expanding your knowledge of the financial markets and creating unique and innovative solutions. This role requires a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
About You:- You should have experience or a desire to be client-facing in a support role.
- You should be proficient at learning and using new technology.
- You should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You should be able to build relationships and work on teams.
- You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills.
- You should have a Bachelor's Degree Conferred by September 2025.
- You should be proficient in writing and speaking English and Portuguese.
- You should be able to travel to the United States for 2 weeks of in-person training.
