Client Advisor Role at Bulgari

Bulgari is seeking a Client Advisor to join our team at the JK Iguatemi Store in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as a Brand Ambassador, and promoting our luxury products. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can work collaboratively with the Sales team to drive sales and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs by consistently meeting sales targets and providing a unique shopping experience.
  2. Manage the sales process, ensuring the right application of selling techniques to deliver a memorable experience.
  3. Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset through each interaction with clients.
  4. Listen to clients' needs and provide customized advice to establish and develop relationships.
  5. Perform CRM activities as per Store Manager indications, including CRM AFSS.
  6. Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of work experience in luxury retail or working with luxury products.
  2. Proactive selling and negotiation skills.
  3. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, priority setting, and personal accountability.
  4. A BOLD sense of initiative.
  5. Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  6. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to acquire expertise in Store operation applications.
  8. English and other languages are a plus.
