We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Strategic Vendor Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic vendor management plans.
- Manage a team of Brand Specialists to ensure successful execution of vendor strategies.
- Audit metrics regularly to drive quality of vendor and employee experience.
- Collaborate with the Central SVS team to drive adoption of tools and offshore processes.
- Develop the right skill sets within the team and allocate resources to vendors.
