**Job Overview**
This role leads our marketing acquisition efforts in Latin America, focusing on Brazil and Mexico. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring successful outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will design and execute an effective acquisition marketing strategy to maximize efficiency and drive results.
- You will set and track pipeline generation goals, ensuring positive ROI in the region, and lead the team in building a fully integrated acquisition plan.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team is crucial for commercial strategy and cross-functional work on ABM and pipeline generation.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 8 years of experience leading marketing teams is required.
- A strong background in demand generation is essential for success in this role.
- You should have a proven analytical mindset, ability to tell a story with data, and set a clear path for data-driven optimizations.
- A proven track record of delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to build pipeline generation is necessary.
- Strong leadership skills with affinity for effective collaboration with different teams and stakeholders are required.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally (20%+).
