Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic recruitment plans across 16 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team for Latin America, based in Brazil and Colombia, to drive effective hiring processes and talent attraction strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient talent acquisition practices.
  • Develop and implement early talent programs, such as internships and apprenticeships, to strengthen our long-term talent pipeline.
  • Manage executive and senior management recruitment, focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH REGIONAL AND GLOBAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE TALENT ACQUISITION EFFICIENCIES.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, track KPIs, and optimize team performance.
  • Enhance AkzoNobel's employer positioning in Latin America through targeted talent attraction strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, with experience leading recruitment in a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with global ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strategic mindset with operational excellence and long-term talent attraction priorities.
  • Good communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (advanced level required).
