Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description:

To lead the delivery of end-to-end Talent Acquisition service for a dynamic Latin America and Canada Region. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to attract and acquire talents annually, supporting a ~$3B business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement strategies to attract the best talent for the region, aligning with business priorities.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with Senior Leaders on key goals and partner with P&O peers to deliver a talent agenda.
  3. Lead, coach, and mentor remote and diverse teams, driving a targeted DEI hiring agenda across a complex ecosystem.
  4. Stay updated on the latest hiring trends in the region and key markets, focusing on the pharmaceutical industry or relevant ecosystems.
  5. Apply strong presentation, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to extract and interpret data from internal and external sources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house talent acquisition.
  • At least 3+ years recent experience leading a talent acquisition team, preferably with expertise in hiring for full functions.
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, with a strong command of selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
  • Ability to navigate a complex and ambiguous environment, maintaining thorough attention to detail.
