Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition initiatives in Latin America.

This role will be pivotal in crafting and implementing cutting-edge talent programs to attract, assess, and hire top-tier entry-level candidates across various disciplines.

  • Design comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the Latin American job market and organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external partners (universities).
  • Create and oversee campus recruitment strategies for top universities in Latin America.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to measure program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in talent acquisition, particularly in Latin America, and integrate best practices into our programs.
  • Collaborate with global talent acquisition teams to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and goals.
  • Promote a strong employer brand presence through various channels and initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, program management, or a related field.
  • Fluent or advanced language abilities in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition programs.
  • Strong understanding of the job market, labor laws, and recruitment practices in Latin America.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media and other digital platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.
