Project Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Specialist to provide project-related support and assistance for assigned projects and project teams with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, adhering to scope of work and established procedures.
  • Assist in periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and track all information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects.
  • Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in project tracking data, timesheet coding, expense data, billing, and financial interpretations.
  • Prepare and distribute status, tracking, and project finance reports, assisting project managers with budget allocation and invoice approvals.
  • Develop presentation materials for meetings (internal/external) and project summary data.
  • Coordinate project team and/or customer meetings, including logistics and required materials.
  • Serve as primary backup contact for internal project teams and external stakeholders/customers.
  • Undertake project management activities as directed by project managers.

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related fields, 0-2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
