We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OCC Manager to lead our operations in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all daily activities of the OCC Units, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our dispatch center.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new technology and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the dispatch center.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and incidents.
- Manage inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging open communication and providing support to team members.
- Lead a team of OCC supervisors and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the performance of the OCC.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the service are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure all operational KPIs are correctly measured, followed up, and reported.
- University degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in the ground handling operations.
- Experience in OCC and Load Control.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
