About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Import/Export Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing import/export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, international trade, and customer service. You will be required to work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve any issues that may arise during the import/export process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage import/export processes from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to importers/exporters, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customs, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of import/export processes;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers;
  • Analyze and resolve shipment issues, working closely with customers and internal teams to find solutions;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade;
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international logistics or export/import environment;
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, export controls, and other relevant laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with basic proficiency in Spanish desirable;
