Customer Experience Specialist Role
At our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users navigating product issues and system complexity.
- Collaborate with AI-powered support systems to escalate complex cases for human review and facilitate seamless user experiences.
- Develop clear, empathetic communication strategies to engage with customers across diverse regions, fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements by identifying gaps and providing insights to enhance documentation.
- Support onboarding processes, including initial user inquiries and setup guidance, ensuring a smooth transition into the product.
- Coordinate closely with the core team during onboarding to learn internal processes before transitioning to night coverage.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in software development or related fields.
- Excellent written English skills and ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
- Comfort with tools like Slack, Intercom, Linear, and similar ticketing/automation systems.
- Preferably experienced in fast-growth SaaS products or startups.
