Job Overview

Our organization is a leading provider of technology-driven solutions that revolutionize the patient experience and financial performance of healthcare systems.

The Client Experience Director will oversee client experience for their portfolio of clients. You will establish trusted relationships with assigned clients and expand partnerships through strategic selling when appropriate. You will provide leadership to the client experience team and support across various departments within our organization to drive high client satisfaction and safeguard client retention.

To thrive in this role, you must have a dynamic personality who approaches external relationships from the client's perspective using effective communication, analytical skills, and daily leadership. The Client Experience Director will be tasked with project leadership opportunities requiring cross-collaboration with multiple organization units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with our functions to drive client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients.
  • Sell new solutions to existing clients and meet target sales quotas.
  • Document client experiences in CRM systems.
  • Drive high Net Promoter Score results across client portfolios.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure operational excellence and nurture client satisfaction leading to growth and retention.
  • Ensure mutual understanding of goals, objectives, and action plans related to client revenue and book of business.
  • Participate in contracting and contract renewal processes.
  • Provide leadership to the client experience team, including potential direct reports.
  • Contribute to region and client-level strategic planning.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of business reviews.
  • Assist in implementing new solutions and onboarding new clients.
