Job Overview

Southwest Sweden's IT sector is facing a substantial shortage of skilled software engineers, with approximately 30,000 positions expected to be vacant by 2030. Our clients currently have around 200 open positions for skilled engineers that require immediate attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit highly skilled international candidates to fill job openings in Sweden.
  • Establish trust with suitable candidates and facilitate their relocation to Sweden, including assistance with visa applications, work permits, travel arrangements, and housing.

Our clients operate within diverse fields such as software development, research and development, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. As a senior headhunter, you will collaborate with colleagues from various locations worldwide.

Required Skills:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector or similar technical fields.
  • A robust network of local engineering talent within the IT industry.
  • A service-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to challenging situations.
  • High-quality brand awareness and understanding of headhunting principles.
  • Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, with the ability to learn new ideas quickly.
  • Analytical skills, well-organized approach, and attention to detail.
  • Self-confidence, social skills, and high self-motivation.
  • Durability, resilience, and passion for success.
Benefits Package:

This is a long-term contract position with flexible working hours (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday). You will work remotely or from a co-location center of your choice. The remuneration package includes free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, benefits for travels, housing, and per diem expenses.
