Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, while also contributing to the development of new and improved products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar field. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical expert within the Quality organization, responsible for results in terms of production and process controls.
  • Implement quality systems procedures for production and process controls, and manage compliance to global policies.
  • Understand and assure conformance to regulations, interfacing with regulators during inspections.
  • Participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers, analyzing compliance and assessing risk.
  • Interact frequently with leaders and functional peer groups of technical experts.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving quality, reliability, and cost improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and devise new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor a team of employees.
  • Good project management skills.
