We are seeking an experienced Import Analyst to join our team in Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance, assisting key account managers with declarations (NCM codes), and preparing transportation documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting the sales department on logistics and customs matters
  • Assistance with logistics and customs cost calculations
  • NCM codes classification
  • Preparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countries
  • Negotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and others

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokerage services in a similar position
  • Knowledge of NCM code classification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Macros
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English language proficiency
