Senior Quality Manager

The Senior Quality Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems, processes, and strategies to ensure continuous improvement. This includes establishing and maintaining quality networks, providing resources, and planning and controlling budgets for quality initiatives.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related field and experience with continuous improvement management. They should also possess knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as internal audit capabilities.
In addition, the Senior Quality Manager will provide technical guidance on quality systems, processes, audits, methods, tools, and customer-related quality topics. They will also be responsible for consolidating KPI tracking and quality reporting, informing management regularly, and organizing workshops to improve business processes.
