Technical Consultant Job Description

This role is designed as a hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from our office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned tasks within the project delivery cycle.
  • Provide technical systems management support or deliver part of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements.
  • Perform systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.
  • Work under supervision of technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Act professionally with the company customers.
  • Participate as part of a team and maintain good relationships with team members and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer engineering, Electronic/electrical engineering.
  • 0 - 3 years of technical experience and an Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree (two year college program).
  • Has sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables.
  • Able to communicate concepts with team and to peers.
  • Able to produce basic documentation to required standards.
