Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery expert to oversee the delivery and management of application support services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service processes, resolve tickets, and improve application performance and user satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams across multiple geographies.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with effective communication to understand business problems.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, application monitoring software, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/S/4HANA and organizational change management.
