  • Select, train, and manage carrier relationship specialists.
  • Accumulate data from various sources, identify relevant data, and present it to facilitate action.
  • Foresee implications based on current data and trends, and take necessary actions.
  • Be organized, apt, and prompt in notifying situations and updating information.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, considering objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy.
  • Dive deep into operational issues to understand root causes.
  • Create and track operational metrics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Experience in employee and performance management.
  • Previous experience in last mile transportation/account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced level in Excel.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or similar.
  • SQL or other programming language.
