We are seeking a seasoned clinical professional to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to leverage their expertise in the field of diabetes management and medical devices. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and effective use of our Insujet System among healthcare professionals and patients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical account management, with experience working with healthcare professionals and developing strategic relationships. They will also possess excellent presentation and training skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the clinical expert for the Insujet portfolio, providing support to external stakeholders during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials.
  • Developing targeted educational and training resources to support effective adoption and sustained use of the Insujet System among intended user populations.
  • Delivering specialized training programs to healthcare professionals, equipping them to confidently and safely support patients in long-term use of the Insujet System.
  • Collecting and documenting real-world data on clinical outcomes and product usability from patients and healthcare professionals using standardized tools.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company; diabetes-related knowledge/product experience is advantageous.
  • Proven clinical account management skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry; experience in diabetes/endocrinology products is desired.
  • Strong presentation and training skills to educate HCPs and patients on correct product usage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis; clinical knowledge or medical background essential with the ability to understand and explain technical product details.
