Job Title: Customer Experience Professional
">We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing returns, and generating accurate forecast reports.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and friendly customer invoicing services.
- Generate detailed and actionable forecast reports.
- Manage order processing with attention to detail and accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience with Microsiga, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, and integrated reporting systems.
