About the Role
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our expanding Commercial Sales team in Latin America. As a Sales Manager for our Mid Market segment, you'll be responsible for hiring and developing a team of sales professionals focused on new business sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the Latin American market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business forward and achieve revenue goals
- Lead a sales-driven culture in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a similar segment
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
- Experience with SaaS/subscription-based sales models
- Collaborative mindset, with strong organizational and time management skills
