Job Description

Wasion Holdings International - Brasil is seeking a highly skilled Sales Channel Manager to join our team in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our sales network and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their success and loyalty.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to channel partners to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop sales tools and marketing materials that support our channel sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize channel sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel sales management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
