Job Summary:

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key account customers, including Central Purchasing of Drugstores, Convenience Stores, and Proximity clients.
  2. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development opportunities and propose sales objectives, strategies, and action plans for key account customers.
  3. Commercial Planning: Manage retail prices and sales conditions, and participate in forecasting processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  4. Client Development: Drive sales growth and revenue in our key accounts, and define commercial priorities and set growth targets.
  5. Negotiation: Manage negotiations and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
  6. Relationship Management: Provide information to management on sales activities and maintain contact with the marketplace.
  7. Budget Management: Ensure proper management of budget in line with business objectives and monitor performance.
  8. Strategy Development: Develop long-term channel strategy based on RTM, commercial policy, execution programs, and sales structure.

Requirements:

  1. Completed higher education; postgraduate degree desirable.
  2. Advanced English / Basic Spanish.
  3. Proven experience in the commercial area with direct sales.
  4. Desirable courses related to Finance Management for Sales.
  5. Leadership and presentation skills.
