About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to ensure the efficiency and resilience of our services. As an SRE, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of reliability and guaranteeing continuous operations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring system availability, latency, performance, and capacity;
  • Managing incidents, including monitoring, responding to alerts, and conducting post-mortem analyses;
  • Collaborating on the design and implementation of resilient software architectures, with a focus on complex distributed systems;
  • Applying solutions from various areas of computer science, such as artificial intelligence, distributed computing, and security;
  • Maintaining a high standard of reliability in the services provided, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operations.

Requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and core Internet systems concepts;
  • Experience with service orchestration and software pipelines;
  • Experience with monitoring and incident management;
  • Senior-level knowledge of Internet protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP);
  • Experience with application troubleshooting across systems and services.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Understanding of operating system internals;
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization, and the underlying concepts;
  • Knowledge of distributed system architectures;
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages for automation;
  • Familiarity with the SRE model;
  • Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology or related fields.
