Job Opportunity
This is an opening for a Trading Support Analyst to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of experience and be proficient in Spanish.
The role involves providing functional support for customer requests across multiple asset products, with a focus on the equities trading and risk management platform.
Key responsibilities include resolving issues independently and liaising with specialist groups to ensure fast resolution of complex problems.
Trading Support Analysts may conduct on-site visits to provide product training and support to Fidessa users.
Required skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Spanish.
Desired qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Business, experience supporting software platforms, and knowledge of financial software systems.
