
Addiction Recovery Specialist

The role of an outpatient therapist is a vital component in providing comprehensive care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Our organization offers a diverse array of services aimed at addressing the complex needs of our clients, encompassing educational, employment, vocational, residential, habilitative, and behavioral health programs.
This position involves conducting diagnostic assessments, as well as providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients. The therapist will also be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Additional responsibilities include crisis assessment and stabilization services, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with other local providers and advocacy groups to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., psychology, social work)
- Clinical Practicum experience
- Licensure or certification in the designated state(s) of service
- Clearance from Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34, FBI clearance, and Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
