About the Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  1. Lead assigned data integration projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to industry best practices.
  2. Manage customer's expectations (internal and external) with regards to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization.
  3. Utilize technical skills to support customer's testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation and posting issues.
  4. Earn completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones and delivering on commitments.
  5. Build relationships with 3rd party partners to ensure seamless and successful integrations.
  6. Work on support cases from the data integration queue through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D.
  7. Maintain knowledge of 3rd party tools (e.g. Kibana, etc).
  8. Consistently communicate project status with the project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable).
  9. Develop and maintain knowledge of functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies.
  10. Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g. data security, compliance, audit, etc).
About You
  • University Students currently studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issues.
  • Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, problem solve and make decisions.
  • Basic programming knowledge and SQL skills is desirable.
  • Experience with technical file manipulation (e.g. txt, csv, xls and xlsx files) is desirable.
  • Experience with XML and/or API (web services) is desirable.
  • Experience with Financial Systems (e.g. ERP) is desirable.
  • Previous experience with technical project management, technical support, consulting and/or software implementation experience is a plus.
