Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cloud Integration Technical Customer Support intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in technical customer support, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues through knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters
  • Conduct root cause analysis of reported issues
  • Create knowledge documentation and perform knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with other SAP Ariba Support Teams
  • Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance
